I believe in order to deliver unforgettable liquid journeys and go beyond what has been done before; one must stretch the limits of creativity! One must be willing to step outside of their comfort zone and delve deep into their inner self. That is our goal as bartenders when crafting new and innovative liquid journeys. What does a Liquid Journey mean to us? First and foremost, the guest has the most important role, for they are the ones to embark on the journey; disconnecting from life. As bartenders, our role is to engage and listen to the guest, making sure their experience is seamless. By asking the guest what they love from a drink, whether it be bitter, sweet, sour, hot, or cold or simply a good bourbon neat, we tailor our journey to fit their desire. Our purpose as bartenders is not to juggle shakers, toss ice, or do flair, however, to create a memory for the ladies and gentlemen that enter as guests on our liquid journeys. May they be our priority and our inspiration?
